WARREN County Emergency Services
Information
This County is geographically complex and
large and is provided response from a number of sources. All Warren County
calls originating from the 252 area code are answered in Warrenton. The
Mecklenburg calls from NoCarVa with the 252 area code are also answered in
Warrenton.
- The ROANOKE WILDWOOD VFD
will respond to fire calls from the County Line on the east, along the State
Line on the North, to Songbird Creek on the west running then south to Kings
Branch to a straight line intersecting to Lynwood Rd (on Hwy 903 just
before Lake Gaston Baptist Church) and south again to Laura Woods.
- (Mutual support is provided from the Gasburg
VFD, Ebony VFD, or Long Bridge VFD depending on the degree of the
emergency and/or the location in the county.)
- For EMS, the 911 dispatcher will send the
transport unit from the Warren County RVS with the full time paid paramedic
at Enterprise Road and the chase vehicle with EMTs. Additional ambulance
units are from the central Warrenton location in Warren County.
- For roadway accidents, the 911 dispatcher will
notify the County Sheriff’s Dept, State Police and fire and rescue as
needed.
- For Law Enforcement Issues, the 911 dispatcher
will notify the Sheriff’s Dept for response.
- The LONG BRIDGE VFD
will respond to fire calls from Lynwood Rd (on Hwy 903 just
before Lake Gaston Baptist Church) and south again to Laura Woods, all areas
south of Hwy 903 going west to the bridge, and all areas north of Hwy 903
from Lynwood to Wilsor Oaks and then on the South side of the Lake from
Hubquarter Creek southeast on a line that intersects Eaton Ferry Road and
then east on a line, that passes through the intersection of Epworth and
Enterprise Roads with Hwy 903, to the head of Little Stonehouse Creek
(Canaan Shores is not in this district).
- (Mutual support is provided from the Littleton VFD, Church Hill VFD or Roanoke Wildwood VFD depending on the degree of the emergency and/or the location in the county.)
- For EMS, the 911 dispatcher will send the
transport unit from the Warren County RVS with the full time paid paramedic
at Enterprise Road and the chase vehicle with EMTs. Additional ambulance
units are from the central Warrenton location in Warren County.
- For Law Enforcement Issues, the 911 dispatcher
will notify the Sheriff’s Dept for response.
- The LITTLETON VFD
will respond to fire calls on the west from the head of Little
Stonehouse Creek on a line headed southwest running through the intersection
of Epworth and Enterprise Roads with Hwy 903 until intersecting with Eaton
Ferry Road, to the County Line on the east and to Hwy 158 to the south.
- (Mutual support is provided from the Long
Bridge VFD, Macon VFD or Davie VFD depending on the degree of the
emergency and/or the location in the county.)
- For EMS, the 911 dispatcher will send the
transport unit from the Warren County RVS with the full time paid paramedic
at Enterprise Road and the chase vehicle with EMTs. Additional ambulance
units are from the central Warrenton location in Warren County.
- For roadway accidents, the 911 dispatcher will
notify the County Sheriff’s Dept, State Police and fire and rescue as
needed.
- For Law Enforcement Issues, the 911 dispatcher
will notify the Sheriff’s Dept for response.
- The CHURCH HILL VFD
will respond to fire calls from the head of Hubquarter Creek on a
line south-southeast to Eaton Ferry Road and from the lake south on Peete
Farm Rd to Wise Five Forks Rd and then on a line southeast to the Eaton
Ferry Road, 911 calls will be answered in Warrenton.
- (Mutual support is provided from the Long
Bridge VFD, Hawtree VFD or Macon VFD depending on the degree of the
emergency and/or the location in the county.)
- For EMS, the 911 dispatcher will send the
transport unit with paramedics from Warrenton plus first responders from
CHVFD..
- For roadway accidents, the 911 dispatcher will
notify the County Sheriff’s Dept, State Police and fire and rescue as
needed.
- For Law Enforcement Issues, the 911 dispatcher
will notify the Sheriff’s Dept for response.
- The HAWTREE VFD
will respond to fire calls east from the lake south on Peete Farm Rd to Wise
Five Forks Rd, then to Wise and then east to I –85 on SR1213 and then north
along I-85 to Lake Gaston, 911 will be answered for Warren County residents
in Warrenton and for Mecklenburg County in Boydton.
- (Mutual support is provided from the Palmer
Springs VFD, Church Hill VFD or Macon VFD depending on the degree of the
emergency and/or the location in the county.)
- For EMS, the 911 dispatcher will send the
transport unit from Warrenton with paramedics and the first responders from
Hawtree HVFD or first responders from CHVFD.
- For roadway accidents, the 911 dispatcher will
notify the applicable County Sheriff’s Dept, State Police and fire and
rescue as needed.
- For Law Enforcement Issues, the 911 dispatcher
will notify the applicable Sheriff’s Dept for response.
